  1. I definitely identify with Kevin James. I never got THAT big but I was a sugar addict and one day someone sent me a picture of myself and I literally was shocked and barely recognized myself. Food and sugar addiction is legit man. Not as immediately destructive as drugs but definitely will get you there. I started intermittent fasting and lost 40 pounds in a few months. This helped me make more conscious decisions and start to change my life style. My legs are destroyed from the army and three double leg surgeries so, more than a simple walk or short hike with no elevation isn’t really in the cards for me. Just have to change the lifestyle and make focusing on what you eat and when you eat your new lifestyle. It sucks a bit but I want to be there for my kids when I’m older. If I can do it, anyone can. Just gotta take it one day at a time.
