its not like Sean went all out on that kid cuz if he did that kid would've been on the floor not standing but he definitely put that kid on check without seriously injuring him
Big props to sneako for “sparring” with Sean Strickland and not running away after being ineffective at doing anything to him for 3 minutes. Then taking a good beating and not being salty about it afterward. I do believe everyone should be in a fight at least one time in their life. It teaches you a lot about yourself and life. My parents made me take martial arts when i was young so in high school i was pretty confident in my abilities. In high school a classmate much bigger than me decided to pick on a friend. I told him to leave my friend alone and grabbed him and tried to walk away. The bully followed us taunting me. I got angry and went to town on him. I don’t remember what exactly happened but my friend said i took a random elbow to the face. Luckily the teachers were there and it ended after i hit the ground. I don’t think most people know how much it hurts when you get hit whether it’s body shots or when blocking. Probably because professional fighters make it look like it doesn’t hurt. Plus we don’t often see the recovery after a fight. I had problems sleeping for a week and a half and my face was lumped up for a few days. Found out i fractured my orbital bone. After that i never got into a fight out of anger, avoided it whenever possible and was extremely cautious when i did.
I think sneako just tried to prove a point that he has the balls to get his ass beat and publicly shown. Everyone commenting here would not agree to do this.

Sneako knew what he was doing and learned a valuable lesson that day. More man code!
