I’ve met Kid Rock in person when he and Carlos Mencia were touring a free show for the Air Force roughly 2010-2011. One of the shows just so happened to be at RAF Lakenheath (England) where I was stationed. For one, I had no clue about all of the joke stealing controversy Carlos was getting himself involved in back in the US cause no one in the UK cared for that nonsense.
Carlos Mencia fucking bombed so hard at one stage, then proceeded to bomb even harder when he decided to do another free show at the bar we all frequented on base. The reason why? He started lying about how the Air Force let him get to man a machine gun from a helicopter and shoot at random shit on ground. BULLSHIT! FULL ON BULLSHIT! 💀
Before any of that shit Kid Rock was just done finishing a show back at the hanger made into a stage and was planning on coming over to the bar to watch Carlos bomb some more I guess. Dude just flat out said some stupid shit about how he’s actually “surprised” that some of the “air ladies” actually looked kinda “fine” implying mostly military chicks are ugly and Kid Rock was now gonna be a couple feet from us. Never liked his music or cared, but cool having a celeb sit right in front of me I guess.
Not only was his security super touchy and pushed around a couple people against a wall (including my mother who had no clue what was going on) but this prick lights a fucking huge cigar in front of me even after the staff told him a bunch of times to put it out. Ever since that experience, I can’t stand that fucking asshole.
