As we read through the book of Acts, we see great miracles done by The Most High through the apostles of our beloved Messiah. People being healed by Peter’s shadow, demons cast out by a simple command, the dead raised back to life, the crippled healed, the blind receiving sight and much more. Among these miracles was the gift of tongues. As many come back to the Truth of faith and obedience in these last days, this topic naturally has reemerged, and it’s time we took a deep dive into this subject; sharing the truth, and bringing to light false doctrines.

Vain repetitions is defined as:
battalogeó: to stammer
Original Word: βαττολογέω
Part of Speech: Verb
Transliteration: battalogeó

Definition: to stammer
Usage: I chatter, am long-winded, utter empty words, stammer, repeat.
945 battologéō – properly, to blubber nonsensical repetitions; to chatter (be "long-winded"), using empty (vain) words (Souter).
use meaningless repetition
If we are praying in a language we don’t understand, wouldn’t it be me meaningless? Furthermore, we should be able to agree that these types of tongues are very repetitive.
One things I noticed when listening to those people speaking non human tongues is the absence of God and Jesus names.
I think the names Jesus or Yahweh or Jehovah would be the same even when speaking in non human tongues. but I didn’t hear it.
I personally do not have the gift of tongues, and I’m honestly just trying to find the truth.
When I heard the 2 examples in this video speaking speaking, their non-human tongues. They came across as performers and fake.
Brothers and sisters in Yahusha, is the Spirit of ELOHIYM subject to man or is man subject to ELOHIYM? For of Him, and through Him, and to Him, are all things.
I've been in these assemblies and not only do I agree with Adam but will add that I found the experience to be unsettling. I don't want to offend anyone's person but my experience in these gatherings where people spoke in unknown language tongues is that I did not think it was of Yahuah, not of the holy Spirit (the Ruach Ha'Qodesh). Am I saying it was demonic? Not at all! Am I one to judge? No.
I don't know what it is of but it did not seem humble or orderly. It made me unsettled at the time in a similar way to times when I had felt the presence of evil. I am not inferring that the people were evil but in my experience knowing many of them personally, they were some of them manipulative persons that used the Word to gain favors from people in the form of 'serving' as well as using the proposed gifts as a means to elevate themselves as spiritually superior to those who did not speak in such tongues. This is from my perspective and I know that I also love the Lord.
I know that Yahuah is a God of order and His Word is trustworthy and true and therefore He cannot contradict Himself. God can give the gift today but as brother Adam proved, it is something that would be used in a Scripturally sound and lawful order as outlined by our Author who is YAHUAH. The Ruach Ha'Qodesh would not be disorderly or work against His Word. That would be impossible and therefore not of Yah. That being said, the Apostle Paul had many things to say about this and his correction in Scripture stands firm to this day.
I have never spoken in tounges , but im born again and love my God ! Tounges is a gift , i guess . Either way im saved through my Lord and savior Jesus .
It is simple in Acts 2.
It was speaking in various languages/tongues and before I even finish your preach here, I have preached this since 2020 because it was not anything but that.
If RUACH Ha'Kodesh allow one to speak a pure Hebrews spoken in the heavenly realm as YESHUA spoke to Sháûl from heaven on the road to Damascus…that will be a wonderful spiritual gift.
On the other hand…records show that most demons speak latin ironically…think about it.
