This is from the very first public presentation I did after leaving my fulltime job back in April of 2010 to pursue the path I’ve been on ever since. This presentation was given to explain why I created the SEED project in the first place. It was given in the summer of 2010 and this particular clip explains why I believe things like this are needed in order to make an effective impact on culture.
NOTE: After doing this presentation (again, back in 2010), I later came to realize that the first Matrix movie was actually written by a Christian, but was stolen by the Wachowski brothers/sisters.

I can't believe I've come across your channel! I've heard less than a handful of Christians speak out on this. And the Christian community, i.e. prophetic movement headed by the late C. Peter Wagner, doesn't seem to be gaining any ground. And others in the Christian community have a low priority to actually do something about the secular film industry, and instead put out low budget kiddie-like movies in Christian circles. To be fair, though, a handful of Christians have released some high quality stuff, mostly on t.v. and Netflix. But overall, Christians with the means to do so should prioritize and utilize God's resources and use a little creative thinking and put a dent in the entertainment industry. While Hollywood is shut down, I believe this could be a window of opportunity for Christians to start putting out high quality Christian and Christian-themed movies on a regular basis. Don't even get me started on the music industry.
In The Passion Of The Christ, I really wish they would of ended the film showing more of Jesus spending time with people after his resurrection, Pentecost, and Jesus ascending to Heaven. Just saying….
