Instead of buying ur good standard P900, get a telescope (same $$$) that can make the same terrestrial observations and observe planets etc…
Then…
Observe Jupiter or Saturn's moon's orbits, and explain the physics behind these "wandering stars"
You'll still be able to do all ur FE perspective shenanigans (boats, planes, horizon, etc.)
Celestron does same things as p900 and more for same $$$

Adromedea and the Milkyway are heading to each other over 1 million miles an hour, while moving to the great attactor 1.5 million miles/hr all while moving away from other galaxies at a fraction of the speed of light. A person in a car can argure everything else is moving, someone out side the car could argue no they are standing still the car is moving. It is persepective. We are not viewing from outside the galaxy. We are in a system like a car where it seems like everything else is moving be we are moving ourselves. You can buy telescopes with Camara and look at stars you can't see naked eye, so where are those stars and why is the so many of them?
