Greetings, Loved Ones! Well Done, Doug! 🙂 LORD GOD and Lord Christ Bless Everyone! This video, as far as I can tell, has no flaws, Scripturally! I will add these thoughts to see if people agree! There are preachers, who are saying that the 1000-year period of Satan's imprisonment, has not occurred yet! They are wrong! This 1000-year period occurred between the complete fall of the 7 headed beast and the rise of the future 8th beast with 10 additional evil kingdoms! As everyone should now know, the beasts are kings and empires, as the book of Daniel reveals this to us! The angel also tells us about the 7 headed beast, in Revelation, that the heads are not only mountains (or great cities) on which the woman sits (has control over the beast with the reins) but also are kings/Caesars, and Empires! There are parallels of understanding, which are all true! The Babylonian Empire was composed of 7 great mountains or cities, of which Jerusalem was one of those cities in the Middle East! Jerusalem took control over these 7 regions, which used to be under the control of the Babylonian Empire! Jerusalem became Mystery Babylon the Great, the one who had Christ, the prophets and the saints killed, through the help of the beast, the Roman Empire! Jerusalem was a metaphoric false prophet and a beast, telling everyone that Immanuel Christ was not the Messiah but of the Devil! Matthew 23, verse 37, and Revelation 17! Daniel's 4 beasts were 4 Empires, the 1st Empire being the Babylonian Empire and the 4th Empire being the Roman Empire! In Revelation, the 7 heads of the beast were 7 evil mountains or cities of the Middle East, 7 evil Caesars, and 7 evil successive Empires! Satan/Lucifer had authority over the 7 headed beast of ancient times, prior to being placed in prison for 1000 years! Christ said in the gospel of John, chapter 12, verse 31, "Now is the judgment of this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out."! The king and the beast that was coming and who martyred many Christians and Jews, was Caesar Nero! At the time Revelation was written, 5 heads of the 7 headed beast had fallen and the 6th head was in power! Revelation 17! When the 7th head fell, Satan was placed in prison! The world was still evil because of Satan's contamination of being the 1st God given to rule over the Earth and its humans! This is the reason why Moses had both good and evil laws written in the Old Covenant! It needed to be replaced! Which God said, though shalt not murder and covet, and which God told Moses to kill brothers, sisters and cousins, if they broke certain commandments of God and also to kill the men, women and children, in addition to the warriors of the tribes and lands that they invaded and coveted! Thou shalt not murder or covet your neighbors belongings! Moses murdered the Egyptian task master and became a prophet of which God?! He was clearly confused, as to who was speaking in his mind! Two Angels of GOD were influencing Moses, the Angel of GOD's presence, who gave the Ten Commandments to Moses and who was sent to the Earth to be born of the virgin, called Mary, to become the Messiah, Lord Yah Immanuel Christ, and the archangel Lucifer! Christ replaced Lucifer, as the new God to the planet Earth and the Sun! They both took on the role of the Bright and Morning Star! After Lucifer's release, he would gain authority over a future 8th beast with 10 evil kingdoms! This 8th beast is of the original 7 headed beast, of the same region of the Earth! It is because of the overlay of parallel meanings of prophecies, that there are more than one Truths to a Scripture! Matthew 24 is an overlay of two different time periods, as is the book of Revelation! So, do not argue about who is right and who is wrong, for all interpretations can be correct! 17:55 Pastor Doug, do you really listen to what you are reading from the Bible? You read hear "after the tribulation of those days" which you say ended in 1798, then you start giving examples from 1755 and 1780!
Actually, you were correct on the 1260 days in a Sabbath School lesson you did many years ago where you rightly showed that the 1260 days will have a future fulfillment. If anybody wants to see that video, do a youtube search on: "Doug Batchelor 1260 days".
Protestants started way back before 200AD, as the church in the east (Antioch) didn't enjoy being pushed around by the church in Rome.
