I read the bible a few times and have always read the part about angels sleeping with the daughters men. It always said that the offspring was a giant. Nothing new at all about the book of Enoch.

What do you mean early Christians? I don't think you want to mean even Adam and She generations before Christ were Christians? It leaves me wonder the cleverness of Europeans who adopted what they want moulded things to suite their liking. What was the color of Adam and She? All books you are referring left by early Prophets had no connection with Christianity but only with God.
