  1. All the armies or 1 billion soldiers gathered in Israel at the hill of Tel Megiddo has to be symbolic?

It’s an interesting question. Megiddo was situated about 90 kilometers north of Jerusalem. It was the site of many decisive battles involving Israel and the surrounding nations. But it is limited in size, so if you have in mind the war of Armageddon described in Revelation 16, then there is no way that all the nations armies could gather there.

Probably because the physical Megiddo was involved in so many important battles involving Jehovah’s faithful worshipers, and it left in the minds of those who lived during the first century such an image of decisive victory over forces opposed to true worship, Jesus chose to use that name as a symbol of another decisive victory that will ensue during that ‘war of the great day of God the Almighty, Armageddon’.

This war will be decisive on a far greater scale than any war ever fought before. Rather than a geographic location, it refers to a worldwide situation where the worlds governments will try to destroy the relatively small band of true worshipers in their efforts to maintain control of the earth. But this time, as the scriptures tell us, the worlds forces will not be facing a physical army – they will be facing a heavenly army under the leadership of Jesus Christ. They will be decisively overwhelmed and wiped out of existence. This event is going to cover and involve every single nation, continent, and island, not just one small mountain and its surrounding valley.

  2. When were Hebrews were called Jews. It was in the 6th century.
Hebrews were called Jews 6th century after Babylonian Exile.

    When did Hebrews became, Jews?
    6th century bce
Thenceforth, these people are referred to as Israelites until their return from the Babylonian Exile in the late 6th century bce, from which time they became known as Jews.

What's the difference between Jews and Hebrews?
Although all Jews (descendants of Judah) are Hebrews (descendants of Abraham), not all Hebrews (descendants of Abraham) are Jews (descendants of Judah). "It is true that the Jews are Israelites, but they are not the only Israelites.
