  1. The point is Kama Deva is the Masculine Energy in Sex, and Kama Ratih is the Feminine Energy in Sex, when you want to be wild in appearance and sex performance, ask Kama deva (for men) and Kama Ratih (for women)'s frequency to "possess" or to match with your body to be wild.

  2. Kama in Sanskrit means desire not necessarily lust. And Kamadeva represents righteous love and lust. Kama himself is considered chaste being devoted to his wives esp Rati, his chief consort. Which is why he is shown riding the parrot, which stands for marital fidelity and knowledge. Kama is also celebrated as one of the chief preceptors of the Shakta tradition. In the Srividya tradition, which considers the Goddess herself as the mistress of desires or Kameshvari and her consort Shiva as God of desire or Kameshvara, he is considered an Acharya or master preceptor. Kama here means the entire gamut of desires from the desire for physical gratification to the desire for liberation, the ultimate desire. In Vaishnavism Kama is considered an aspect of lord Vishnu and represented iconographically with the attributes of Vishnu himself.
