This Bible story of Moses at Meribah also teaches how bad anger is when people let it get the better of them, clouding their judgment, and leading them to do foolish things. Yes, anger can get anyone into serious trouble with God, as it did Moses when he struck the rock at Meribah twice when he was commanded by God to speak to it in His name. Moses was apparently angry with his people when they complained to him and Aaron about lack of water in the desert, and this apparently got in the way of reason and his judgment. We humans are all guilty of letting anger cloud our judgment and lead us to do foolish things. Therefore, we need to confess our faults to God and ask Him to forgive us. We need to believe upon Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and trust him to save us from all manner of sin. Thank you for this eye-opening and insightful video about Moses.
