We know that the Bible is true, but our perception of scriptures are often flawed. The revealing of the papyri of Elephantine Egypt gives evidence that the Ethiopian Jews are most probable descendants of Judah (Jewish) and of Benjamin and Levi in the Persian Period of control over Israel. The ten tribes are only lost as a whole and not as individuals ( read Luke 2:36 where Anna was of the tribe of Asher [Asher]). It is very likely that a genealogy of Levi with at least 11 of the tribes (Dan is not mentioned in Revelation) are kept hidden by Levites in Israel that were originally held in Babylon (evidence from Josephus). If Israel doesn't have them presently, then God will reveal the genealogy at the proper time. I hope this stimulates people to more research and more Scripture studies. Shalom.
