Today, he is the CEO of Ocean STL Consulting, a firm that is enabling public and private entities to explore USOs (unidentified submerged objects) and the ocean at large.

I think this. They had maps of Antarctica 35,000 years ago. So there was a civilisation capable of of worldwide navigation way back then. They even documented islands now under water. As Robert Dean said there are no UFO'S becouse the goverment knows who they are they have known at less from the end of ww2. Robert or Bob Dean was life long army and worked in Nato head quoters with top S.C. Cosmic, the Army did a study on who and what they were and he went around the world telling any one who would listen.
