I tend to to hold the position that I am not yet, nor will ever be able to say until it happens that I am saved. I cannot be sure, so therefore I cannot take it as truth. I like to hold the idea that I am working towards him every single day. I try my hardest to listen to the calls and follow his light. I know I am not perfect, therefore I am not yet saved, but I need to have hope, faith and trust that I am chipping away. That is the only comfort we can afford ourselves, we have to be able to understand that we will not know, but as long as we trust in him he will keep us safe. This way there is nothing to be afraid of, the only time I can go is when he needs me to, so I cannot be afraid.
