Halloween is a pagan celebration, does not Glorify God, promotes death and anything ugly…is expensive, what more does a Christian need to know they should avoid it?
I always feel something different in the air whenever Halloween rolls around. Everything feels different. I noticed it when I was a kid and I was none the wiser, but I had no concept of what was actually happening. To me it was a day to get free candy, and watch John Carpenter's Halloween. I had no idea it was a day for mass human sacrifice.
1976 I bit into a chocolate that had a open safety pin in it.
My mom told me about the Pixi-stik case when I was a kid…she wouldn't let me keep them. Now my kid doesn't go to strangers houses for candy at all.
