well well well mate…let me tell you something: The US constitution does not apply to Brazil, a sovereign country that is independent since 1882. Therefore, Brazil has the right to make and enforce its own law. With that said, fakes news, racist speech, and any other form of hate speech, online or in person, is illegal in the country. X was banned for not following Brazil's law. If X followed the law, it would be okay. So, keep your ideology and American self-centered belief that the world needs to behave around your interests and norms in your ass!
