Where do you get that bizzare interpretation of genesis 6:4 ?? Lol. It says the giants were here before and after the sons of god took daughters of men. So it had nothing to do with their offspring lol because the giants were already here before that happened. What is so hard to understand? Its just marking the time in history when these giants were here on earth. Nothing in this verse implies that the gianta were offspring of sons of god and daughters of men! Finally,, all of us are sons of god if we hold the priesthood. That title has been used before in scripture. It means men with the priesthood and part of the Church were marrying women outside the church. Has nothing to do with angels lol. Angels are called angels in scripture.
