It's a spiritual fight.
So far since I found all night prayer on YouTube I turn it on through the night while I sleep.
I grew up with this problem and I have become more aware of those things. I have a habit of sleeping on the edge of my bed.
I've had this happen to me three times. Everytime it felt like someone or something was hovering behind me. I couldn't speak the first two times. The third time i whispered, Jesus, and instantly "it" was gone. My mom and dad were visiting after the first two times and they both prayed that Satan and his demons leave my house and never come back. It hasnt happened at house since then. The third time was when i was at work. It's real, it's intense and yes it's frightening. Absolutely saying even whispering the name of Jesus is so powerful and works. Satan and his demons tremble and flee at the name of Jesus! Jesus is always with you as a Believer and He will help you!
