I remember sneaking “they’re all gonna laugh at you” into my buddies room after 6th grade class and fucking DYING laughing 🤣
This is super funny! Knowing his mind now makes it even funnier! Adam Sandler was never "funny" but he had so much confidence and charisma that it made you feel he was better than what he was. Also, with his movies, they always had these settings that kinda felt familiar like home. Also, right place at the right time. They were inappropriate movies but since every kid was watching them, they were funny for kids and young adults. Since they were apart of our childhood, they're cult classics now and Adam gets a pass on not being that funny just because he's so loved. His new movies are more of a nostalgic feel than anything.
Billy Madison….Happy Gilmore….Wedding Singer …..Big Daddy…Waterboy…..Anger Management are classics too me and his best run …..

Adam Sandler classics we’ll always and forever be able to pull me out of funks if I put them on. Nostalgia of the time and those movies have a way of reaching you even though they are so stupid in the best way.
