Sandler has a Tom Sizemore aura about him.
I'll tell this story here because a few may find it interesting, and i see some other stories. My good friend's mom got us into a show in Atlanta with him and Spade. It must have been around '91. The Braves had just gotten into the WS against the Twins. It also could have been closer to 92 or 93. But she brought some Braves fan items – foam tomahawks, head-dresses, etc., and asked before the show that it be delivered backstage to Adam and David. After the show, he and Spade asked for us to stay and said a quick hello – to just us after the show emptied. Very kind and generous with their time.
Gotta give credit to Sandler, way too many laughs given to myself and my family. A lot of shit going on in the world and the ability to make people laugh should be held even higher nowadays considering that people are now looking to be upset seemingly.
