I'm from Maryland. I've been living here since 1986. My wife was born in Maryland in 1970. Neither one of us have ever heard of the goat man of Maryland. Fletchertown Road in Bowie is a fairly short road. And it has been built up quite a bit. A lot of homes old and new. If he was real I wonder if he bothers the residents who live on the road. There are a few spots on the road that have woods on both sides.
