I think that's the idea…Inner city people have more gun violence so the less of them that have guns and have difficulty getting one the less Gun violence there is, its not rocket science same with school shooting, and if you are willing to work that hard despite all those prerequisites then yea you definitely earned yourself those amendment rights. The fact that he's excusing safety as if guns aren't the things jeopardizing that safety is just willful ignorance. Im the last guy to outlaw guns but that 2nd Amendment is a right not a privilege and you gotta show you recognize that right
Bro holdup. If we have MORE PEOPLE with guns then there might me More shooting situations across the land. A little payment in exchange for background check and training to use a firearm sounds good to me. We should have more firearms training.
