  1. I've conversed with many ppl who've claimed to have "depression" n I ask them what they've got going on in their lives n all give this really nyhalistic response. My response is simply to get a hobby, find something u find enjoyment n passion for. Then I give examples of my hobbies n how they have kept me out of this state of extreme boredom, or "depression" as it's called.

Alot could be learned from the monks in China and other Asia country's who study and train in the martial arts yet as hard as there body's are trained the real work that the masters and instructors teach is that body and mind must be one with nature and it and ongoing thing even among the masters is never completely achieved even the wisest teacher can lean from a child or observing nature these men have abilities to do things with there body's that we see as super human yet most of there order dating back centuries have never had the need or desire to injure or kill any living thing even though there order according to legend was started by poor farmers to attempt to keep there food and live stock even there lives and family's became so legendary to those of them that had the good fortune to see behind there walls even the rulers began to believe what was said and for the most part it would be a very foolish leader who would have his army attack them.
