If you want to be healthier, look at what you are putting in your body. Focus on the worst garbage in your diet and make a plan to reduce it, either by limiting intake or by eating something healthy before you eat it. Peoples bodies are different and you need to figure out what works for you. I found that eating one meal a day works for me. When I do this, I lose a pound per week and can lose 2 pounds in the week when I skip a day. Eating one meal a day saves money and time, so I spend a bit more time and effort on getting the one meal tasty and healthy.
