  1. As a woman post 40, all of my big weightloss victories in the past 10 years have been related to body chemistry things. Food changes, exercise changes, haven't helped at all. I just became a fat muscular woman. Fasting every month, cysteine for liver, kelp for thyroid, things like that are what helped me. HGH to fix damage from Adderall, etc. I've been into health since 25 but the wheels came off chemically. That's what bugs me about discussions like this, too much emphasis on discipline and merit and not hitting on the other possible problems.
