I would say follow @blumekind_ to get a better understanding of an Intersexed person with XY chromosomes who have an Antrogen (male dominate hormone) insensitivity that did not let her male characteristics come through (having a penis, the testicals never dropped and are in her stomach, hairless body, etc).
