Joe Rogan you need a social cientist i can explain posttruth and conspiracy theories in a totally different way. In facvt when Tyson talks about falt earth it is because he isnt understanding epistemology, he understands about physics.
I honestly have never even understood the 13th floor thing … Because even if it were true, like let's say it was hypothetically fact that more bad events or injuries happen on the 13th floor of a building than any other floor …. Changing the number on the sign wouldn't actually take away the 13th floor… You'd call it the 14th but it's still the 13th, so if it actually was "unlucky" or caused negative events, it would still happen. The only way to actually prevent it would be to build the 13th floor but just skip it, don't have any rooms or anything, just wasted space and an elevator shaft.
