I taking training classes with guns fairly frequently. Once you have the fundamentals down, as soon as you stop worrying about where the shots go, you start making good hits. It's very zen that way. Then you take a force on force class, where people are shooting at you with what are basically paintball guns that look and work just like a Glock, and you go back to fucking up a LOT because you're trying to force things to happen faster than you can.
Controlling your breathing is called "endurance"…say it with me now, "endurance"…

Some say that performing under pressure is the same as performing ice ice baby. I don't perform so I can't say but this interview did little to settle the issue.
