  1. according to cognitive therapy your thought also create your emotions. Before I started some therapeutic like conversations with a social worker at the hospital, I was thinking a lot of unhealthy thought about myself, constantly putting myself down, and she asked me to write down my thought through a week about what I was thinking in different situations and I was surprised to see that I did that a lot. I changed my way of thinking about myself, and the view and my concentration got much better. So to just accept and notice any thought may not be the whole solution. Of course you should not repress sadness as a normal reaction to a situation, but in situations where you create that kind of emotions because of thought that do no good it is a good idea become aware of what you are filling your head with. I do not think hash is something that helps you, or the meditation has no effect.
