Alot of "heart attacks" in South America are related to a parasite that infectes the heart. It degrades the heart then ruptures.
There's also a recent link found between Toxoplasmosis and Schizophrenia and other psychiatric illnesses btw
I'm a female with toxoplasmosis (got tested during pregnancy) and I'm not promiscuous, overly aggressive or reckless. I wonder how it is affecting me if at all? Very common thing that many many people have.
