Marxism itself has never been successfully implemented by any government because Marxist economics never work to uplift the public. Only capitalism has succeeded in economic progress rewarding liberty,personal motivation and profit which benefits most people over time. Compare western democracies to communist governments and the difference is obvious.

JBP totaly missed what (especially) Foucault meant by "Power". He is not necessarily concern about the origin or whether everyone wants it or not, he wants to study the fact that in modern society we often end up governing even the individual, unlike the middle ages for example.
5 years later, and Peterson continues to deliberately misinterpret and straw man postmodernism.🤷♂️🤷♂️
PS: Joe Rogan doesn’t understand progressivism or postmodernism either.

But couldn't you also argue the opposite; namely, that if there is no dominant narratives, that all perspectives are equally valid or indeed invalid, surely that suggests a solidifying of the status quo, of free market neo-liberal capitalism, rather than radical change?
