Very interesting conversation. I am not opposed to civilizations being thousands of years older than previously believed. Polygamy was the norm, so a single man could sire a village of 50-100 people within his lifetime.
As far as knowledge, there are multiple religious texts that support the idea that spiritual beings revealed knowledge to humans. People who propose these ideas are called religious nuts, but I believe it to be far more credible than the ET theory.
One point I agree with the irritating guy on is that those Cave Paintings absolutely do represent a giant leap in Creativity.
Michael sounds like a kid compare to Randall and Graham..
