I believe that the transparency they're talking about should always be there and exposed because it's the son's and daughters of Americans dying and the tax paying people are paying for this so yes we have the right to know..

Also, the concept mentioned about "cyber warfare" or robot code wars of basically simulations of code vs code. There is no way of knowing if that's not what our reality actually is and we're just code and NPCs in a simulation of another reality's war.
