  1. There is misinformation in this video. If you really want to know when you are ovulating in order to plan or evade a pregnancy, look at charting the signs your own body gives off. Your cervical fluid changes from dry and sticky to clear and stretchy as you approach ovulation. You cervix also changes texture and height/placement, and finally your body temperature also increases. But you have to track ALL THREE daily under similar conditions, which isnt as much work as it may sound (less than 5 minutes a day). With 2 months worth if data, you can know down to the 48 hour window in which you are ovulating. Tracking your temperature is not enough. It doesn't mean anything in regards to your cycle on its own because other factors can influence it's pattern. It doesn't matter how expensive and high tech your thermometer is. It's only effective when it's changes line up with those of your cervical fluid and cervix. It's only one part of the picture. And why does she say you are fertile for 6 days? An egg only lives up to 48 max with extremely are individual exceptions. If it's because men's sperm survive multiple days in the vagina, it's still inaccurate to say you are fertile 6 days.
