  1. Interesting study, but I feel like his definition of liberalism and conservatism at 0:19 is kind of oversimplifying, at least the part about inclusion. Liberals lean more inclusive, and conservatives less inclusive, but from a broad perspective I think the difference isn't as polarizing as he's summing it up as.

Think about the most ultra liberal places in the US – Portland, Vermont, Seattle, Boulder etc. they are mostly white people. They use the Scandinavian countries as a beacon of liberalism, but they are some of the whitest and most homogeneous places on earth.

I think a lot of ultra liberals say they want inclusion of other cultures, but then choose to live in places with not much inclusion. I think the bulk of america, the moderately liberal and the moderately republican are ironically more inclusive because they are less rigid with their ideology.

  2. If Conservatives were completely in charge, it would be a heartless society?? Poor wouldn't be taken care of?? Is he deliberately making up stuff or just woefully misinformed??
It's been well documented that, excluding celebrities for valid reasons, conservatives contribute far more to charity than liberals whether on their own or through their churches. Conservatives primarily give to charities and organizations that deal in humanitarian causes, feeding the poor, housing the homeless, disaster relief, etc. regardless of the recipients race, religion or other defining identity. Liberals tend to give to their pet causes, often those that infringe on the liberties and beliefs of those they oppose. Heartless, my left foot!!
