  1. You can do everything that Joe does, only at a lower level, that's all. It's not " Rocket science ". He's not a Mr. Olympia, nor does he look like one. He's a regular mo, working out. It's like a beginner working out. You start them doing all major movements only at a lower weight as well as rep & set counts. I like Joe's podcast, but you have a square body. If I were you, I wouldn't mimic his workout regiment, but that's just me.

  2. Danny McClolgin has been training me. He says he used to be the head trainer for the ufc in 06 and knows you really well Joe. Danny is amazing and I’m so grateful to know this guy! He has nothing but wonderful things to say about you! Love your podcast! ❤
