  1. I had issues with severe left shoulder pain down to arm up to neck, uneven hips, sideways turning foot and just all around imbalance throughout entire body. Tight muscles here, loose muscles over here. I went nuts trying to figure out causes and solutions with various massage therapist, physical therapist, acupuncture, orthopedic acupuncture and even a chiropractic clinic (fast food type) Issues occurring for years and years. I went and saw a renowned orthopedic acupuncturist in my area – after our initial appointment, she stated this seems like a neurological or spinal issue. You need to see this chiropractor who specializes in Atlas or upper cervical chiropractic. I was highly skeptical as I am a cynical person unfortunately. Went in and got a bunch of x-rays. I was even more skeptical. He performed a slight adjustment on my neck with a precision instrument. I thought nothing of it then Experienced profound changes. Long story short. I’m at my 15th appointment or so and have been going for several months. Everything has changed for the better. My face has even become more symmetrical. It’s truly remarkable and I am so grateful. I happened to have been an excellent candidate for this treatment. I’m just so happy I never gave up and kept trying to find a non surgical, non medication solution.

  2. Joe, sciatica is a problem that can be associated with many parts of the lumbar spine – it isn't just a bulge in the lower few discs, it can be, and you'll be aware of this at your age: "Wear and Tear" – there are many reasons for sciatica – it's essentially a trapped nerve that can be trapped in many way.

Chiropracty is pretty much bunkum as you well analyse, but there are parts of it that would give great physical relief. Or harm too.

    Much love.
