I reject the authoritarian and bigoted variants of the communist ideology like stalinism as much as the chaotic and ludicrous variants like trotskyism. I support the right of the Jewish people to their self-determination in Israel and libertarian communism at the same time. And I openly criticize the ableist, speciesist, antisemitic and mysoginistic tendencies in the regressive left and in the revolutionary left. But I still yearn for the liberation of the working class from the exploitation cycle of accumulative profit economy and for the healing of the planet.
Socialism and communism aren't equality of outcome at all. In the USSR and in Mao's socialist China all different professions earned different salaries. Socialism just means putting the production means, the banks, the farmland, the education system, the army and the government under the collective democratic administration of the working social class in order to install a planified social economy. Later on in communism the borders of nation-states, the governments, the currencies and the police disappear naturally.
