Just watched UFC 1 because of this vid. It's free on Vimeo. No biting, no eye gouging, and I think no hooking? Head butts and shots to the groin were definitely happening.

The most boring UFC fight I ever saw was Joe Moreira vs. Paul Varleans at UFC 8. The two fighters just kept circling each other because Moreira had absolutely no confidence in his BJJ, while Varleans had limited ground skills, and he preferred to stand and strike. Varleans won by decision, but that fight stunk up the whole arena. Thankfully, the other bouts on the card made UFC 8 a memorable event.
