There is such a gentleness about Joe's demeanor when he is talking with Alan Graham. It certainly would be awesome if Joe did walk that trail in Spain with Alan who has an authentic relationship with Jesus.
I lived in Florida and also got threatened with paddling. The thing want to say is my 2 boys 24&22 told from hs freshman yrs that school was pointless. They hated it. In 10&11 grades they stopped and I took them to get tested for the HiSet test. Both tested as sophomores college level and got their diplomas. My eldest is now a pipe welder and my youngest owns his own business and has done for the past 4 yrs. I knew when they were in hs, it wasn’t the right place for them. They weren’t just a cog.
