HEY MAN HE LASTED 10 RDS WITH HIM THATS AMAZING
Floyd fought like he fights his exhibitions now. No feints, no counters, nothing Floyd used against real boxers. He just put up a high guard and punched while marching forward.
McGregor will go down as a good world champion. Mayweather will go down as arguably the best. Different levels.
Conor was winning until he gassed. He's always had that problem and I believe he will always have that problem. Floyd's stamina is perfect. The only way for McGregor to win is to fix his stamina issue.
Connor has a very quick sneaky left hand & yes he landed it a couple times . But , not nearly enough. Connor gassed out because – 1. He had to work hard just to hit slippery Floyd . Floyd can be right in front of you and still slip your punch – he's done that his whole career. 2. Floyd kept jabbing and landing on him. THAT gets in your head & getting hit combined with not being able to hit your opponent gets tiring FAST.
This fight for me was won in the negotiations for the fight itself. Floyd KNEW all of this would happen . When FLOYD announced HE wanted 8 ounce gloves – I knew FLOYD THINKS HE CAN KNOCK HIM OUT. and – he did… !
