What if some of these craft are interdimensional and there just using "everyday" tech on there craft and unintentionally phasing in and out of our time-space. Sometimes they crash (in our time-space) and other times it seems there looking at us. Maybe there just as astonished at seeing us and are themselves saying "where the heck am I and wft is that?". Perhaps there tech interferes or is interfered with by our nuclear whatever, maybe the radiation has an interdimensional effect unintendedly which precipitates said interference with there tech causing the interdimensional phasing. We set off how many atomic bombs over land(s) and in the ocean(s)…wanna bet that there's a direct correlation, has anyone ever thought to look at the lat. & long. of a siting as it relates to known lat. and long. of past atomic…"events"? . Hence the same results seen at nuclear power plants. This would also help to explain these craft seemingly "defying the laws of physics" because in there dimension there NOT and were seeing maybe what equates to a shadow. I think this explains SOME, NOT ALL.

I'll answer as jaque just waffles. The ufo debris went to wright patterson air force base in hangar 18 – supposedly has an underground complex. That's where many have said they originally tried to back engineer the roswell craft before moving it to area 51.
