Please don't make fun of his appearance. He's sensitive and insightful. Laugh with him. Not at him.
Based on the gazillion responses about his nose it seems the "bot" armies are set on him. I wasn't sure what they were before but seems to be some kind of program that generates responses and provoking posts. Then again maybe Google has 80,000 trolls.
Same stuff happening at Microsoft, Apple, HP, and Amazon. If you are a straight male (not necessarily white even) you will not be hired if you are the most qualified candidate unless the hiring manager requests an exception to the diversity initiative.
