Bit late but conor is not unique within Ireland. Theres someone like conor in almost every group of friends in ireland, to different degrees. Thats why irish people like him despite knowing hes a prick – he's relatable and we all know someone similar or just as mad.
We aren't very good at sports either other than Rugby and some combat sports, so when an irish person born in ireland from our little 5m people country does well on the international stage, of course we celebrate.
