  1. Don't take that vitamin crap. Just eat healthy food, that's all a human body needs. You can supplement it with manganese once you run low on it. But everything else: CUT IT OUT, you don't need it. You never know what is in those "shakes" besides the vitamines. Plus eating healthy AND taking vitamins has a detrimental effect on the body. Common sense and scientific studies have proven in a long time ago!
