Let s be honest Connor would get thrashed easily by GSP. Maybe not now that GSP is over 40 but in prime Connor has no shot.

GSP a more complete fighter, McGregor is a better striker.
They could fight at 170lbs but I think Connors stamina at that weight is poor. GSP is used to fighting at that weight, McGregor is not. They'd be pretty well matched for height and reach though.
GSP wins this fight 8/10 but both mostly because circumstances favour him. Both are legendary fighters.
