Its not that the car jacking are moving out… and now something will happen. The warrants are for outside of Cook. Where there will be prosecutions. Hence CPD will make the arrest… the criminal will laugh until they find out…. "Oh we ain't charging you….the charges aren't in Cook, they're in DuPage, Kane or Will". I know this is 6 yrs ago. But, this has happened on several occasions.
Most people in the US have no idea that the police orchestrate much of the organized crime in the US, all in an effort to appease wealthy white people; this is why you don't see lots of middle class and upper middle class white kids arrested in the US for drug dealing; they are the sons of the cops, and or sons of powerful people.
I was born and raised in Chicago, first in a bungalow off of 33rd & Damien Ave (the actual south side of Chicago proper), then later moved to Bolingbrook 30 mi SW of the city. Never had any issues back then (born in 68', moved away in 83' then moved back in 89' before leaving for good in 91'). Went back to the old neighborhood off of 33rd & Damien in 2003 and holy shit. Pulled up in front of the old crib and everything looked normal, a bit run down but otherwise all looked ok. Then about eight Latinos poured out of the house with the leader coming right up to me, eyeballing me saying, "WTF you doin here MF'er!" I replied, "all good, this used to be my grandmother's home from 1944 until she sold it in 83' and I was just going down memory lane." Dude says, "not your granny's home anymore now GTFO F'er." Got in the car and left. What a shame.
