The stuff he discusses at the end needs to be within DOE. Imagine the new technologies for energy production! It would revolutionize all industries eventually….from friction, to cooling, to reliability of rotating equipment, strengths of materials, delivery of energy for production. Instead, we will end up making guns/defense stuff only…..and not minimize the cost of all industries….couldn't that impact the economy positively?
