After if happened i couldn’t sleep in beds, in that house again, or fen do anything in my room, one thing I did do was make noise everywhere I went so I wouldn’t startle anythihn

Mr. Mellon IMHO is disingenuous.
He is likely (unproven) working for the gov. as a dissemination hire. Tasked with some possible form of getting the public acclimated to the "threat" narrative of UAP. Thus, securing higher $$$ for military industrial complex etc.
Mr. Mellon is critical of Mr. Lazar. Overly critical. This is indicative of Mr. Mellon's own agenda & his military obligations or whomever is providing him with a paycheck.
Finally, liars usually exhibit some physical quirk when they weaving their tangled webs. Mr Mellon's odd heavy breathing is truly bizarre and is likely……. draw your own conclusions.
