FACT CHECK – USADA DID NOT test a sample from a store that they obtained. Instead they tested a sample taken from a sealed container that Tim Means provided and it was a positive hit. That is a world of difference. USADA was not able to independently confirm that the supplement was tainted. I am very suspicious of the tainted supplement defence. The 6 mopnth suspension was an agreed upon penalty (plea bargain). Ever notice that the tainted samples all are claimed to come from one country? Guess which one? Being an athlete and knowing like Jones that you are under the thumb wrt testing why would you even dream of taking supplements from overseas countries. I could easily find someone to reseal pretty well any container one provides. These athletes keep getting caught and the stories keep getting wilder. I liked Jones as a fighter but he cheated and is now a two time cheat. And last but not least no offer of lie detector?
